Rule 1: Take the help of the manual book and check the oil consistently. You can get the manual online also. Then, as per the prescribed period, change the oil accordingly or change it when it starts smelling bad.

Rule 2: By running the pump for 20-30 minutes, warm up the pump with an inlet blocked before interfacing with your vacuum application so fumes will gather in oil.

Rule 3: Always keep the pump outlet open. Blocking the outlet will hinder the working of pumps and cause leakage due to overpressure.

Rule 4: Use the puts after use to cleanse mixtures from the oil. After the application is finished, block the pump delta, open the gas stabilizer and run the pump for a couple of moments before stopping it from preventing internal erosion.
